Initial Visit

During the initial visit, your acupuncturist will spend time getting to know you and your health concerns.
The discussion will focus on your medical history, current symptoms, diet, exercise habits, sleeping patterns, general emotional state and anything else that may offer insight into your state of health.

Your acupuncturist will check your pulse and may conduct a brief physical exam.
This information is then organized to create a complete, accurate and comprehensive traditional diagnosis.

After the interview-exam process, you will receive an acupuncture treatment.
The initial visit with your acupuncturist will last approximately 90 minutes.
Follow-up visits will last 30-60 minutes.

Acupuncture is proven to have a cumulative effect. A course of treatment is generally recommended to achieve the best results.
